If you're using a PC…
America Online (AOL) uses Internet Explorer as a browser for PCs. Please follow the instructions below for the Internet Explorer version you have.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 4.0:

1. Go to the Control Panel (located at Start ---> Settings ---> Control Panel) and click Internet Options.
2. Under the Advanced tab, scroll to Cookies.
3. Choose Enable Cookies.
4. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 5.0:

1. Go to the Control Panel (located at Start ---> Settings ---> Control Panel) and click Internet Options.
2. Under the Security tab, select Custom Level.
3. Scroll to Cookies and select Enable Cookies.
4. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 4.x:

1. From the Edit menu at the top of your browser, select Preferences.
2. Click Advanced.
3. Click the box labeled Accept all Cookies.
4. Click OK.
5. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again

If you're using a Macintosh…
You may experience difficulty if using America Online version 3.0 or lower. We recommend that you upgrade to a higher version of AOL software.

1. Check to see if your computer has enough memory to meet the AOL system requirements for that version. Otherwise, the upgrade will not work efficiently with your computer. Or, if you need help verifying whether or not your computer has enough memory to upgrade to a higher version of AOL, please call AOL Tech Support at: 1-888-265-8007.
2. To upgrade to another version of AOL software, go to the "Keyword" window and type in "upgrade." Then, follow the AOL instructions.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 4.0:

1. Go to the View menu at the top of your browser and select Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Choose Accept Cookies.
4. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 5.0:

1. Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Look for the box marked Security Level for this Zone and click on the Custom Level button.
4. A Security Settings window will appear. Scroll down the list until you see Cookies.
5. Click the Enable option.
6. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.

To enable cookies for Netscape:

1. From the Edit menu at the top of your browser, select Preferences.
2. Select the option labeled Advanced.
3. Choose Accept Cookies.
4. Click OK.
5. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.

To enable cookies for Netscape 4.0:

1. From the Edit menu at the top of your browser, select Preferences.
2. Select the option labeled Advanced.
3. Click the box labeled Accept all Cookies.
4. Click OK.
5. Return to the SkinStore Website and try again.
