All orders for in stock items placed by 5 p.m. ET (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. ET on Friday will ship the next business day. Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.

    Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th, both Customer Support and shipping will close. Each will resume Wednesday, December 26th.

    New Year’s
    Tuesday, January 1, 2008 and Wednesday, January 2, 2008, our shipping service will close in observance of New Year’s, followed by an inventory audit. We will resume shipping Thursday, January 3rd, 2008.

    Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) ET on Monday, December 31, 2007 may not ship until January 3rd, 2008.

The packing slip for international orders does not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.
