Reservations
We encourage guests to schedule their appointments five to seven days
in advance. Same-day reservations and walk-in appointments are always
welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured by a
major credit card and telephone number. To schedule an appointment
please call the guest service desk at 916.941.7258.
Cancellation Policy
Please respect the spa's scheduling by keeping appointments if possible, and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling treatments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions:
- Less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule spa appointments
- No-show or missed appointments
- Late arrivals*
* Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa
to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as
to not inconvenience other guests. However, we will make every effort to
provide the full amount of service.
Arrival and Check-In Procedure
For all massage, body treatments and facial services, please arrive thirty
minutes before your appointment time. This will allow ample time for you
to shower, slip into an oversized robe and slippers and enjoy our luxurious
amenities such as the exfoliating shower and Jacuzzi, or just simply relax.
Group Bookings
The Spa at La Borgata is the premiere setting for any group outing. Events
can be customized for any type of gathering from an intimate group of
friends, a bridal party, to a large corporate conference. We encourage
parties of five or more to schedule their appointments well in advance
to ensure availability.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to the client's discretion and can be based upon the level of service. Envelopes are provided at the guest service desk, or you may add it to your credit card charge.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. They
are available in any dollar value of your choice from the guest service desk.
Medical Concerns
If under medical care, please consult a physician before participating in
any exercise program or spa treatment. The facilities are available to
those eighteen (18) years of age and older.
Guests with Disabilities
For the benefit of our disabled guests, every effort has been taken to
comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act so that your preferences
and needs may be met.
Location
The Spa at La Borgata is located in the new La Borgata complex at 3905
Park Drive, Suite 1 in El Dorado Hills. Please take the El Dorado Hills
Blvd. exit from Highway 50 and head north. Turn right at Park Drive and
the La Borgata complex is on the left hand side.
