Cool idea, but not for me. - 2/15/2010 12:34:22 PM I wanted to try this tube mascara. Had heard about it from others. It does go on easy and stays on well. But, I have short, straight lashes. After I curl them and put on this mascara, they go straight again. It does not give much fullness either. I do like the whole tube idea. Would be fine if you have long, full lashes already. I do use it over my regular mascara sometimes, and it does ok for that. But, would not buy again.

versatile - 2/7/2010 2:33:55 PM Some reviewers did not like this mascara because it didn't make lashes thick enough. Originally, I was disappointed as well. I already have long eye lashes but they are very thin. However, I coudn't find a mascara besides the waterproof varieties that had staying power. I did not like waterproof because I ended up removing lashes I could not afford to lose. However, I was not willing to give up on a product that worked so well, so I experimented. First, I put on Bare Escentuals Buxom Mascara and then put Blinc on over it. It works just the same as using Blinc alone except that I now have long,thick eye lashes that do not flake or leave dark smudges under my eyes. And if you want a natural look you can still use it alone.

Almost perfect! - 2/5/2010 11:27:20 AM I really like this formula. It does not flake at all & comes of just like they advertise. I simply spash warm water on my eyes and then gently pull it off between my thumb & fingers. No rubbing my eyes, at all! Yeah! I also love that the Skin Store has it in brown. Sephora does not. My only beef is that the wand is not my favorite. Bristles too widely spaced. If they redesigned the wand to be a bit fuller it would be perfect. I just have my eyelash brush at the ready in case I need to fix anything. Not necessary every time & I guess I am willing to sacrifice a little so that I don't look like a racoon or have to rub to get it off. But any fixes must be done fast, before it dries. I have used only one other tubing mascara from DHC. Better than traditional mascara, but they only had black and it flaked a little, so this is way better.

"Blinc Kises My Lashes" - 7/26/2009 10:54:16 AM When I first read about the mascara I was very confused by the term tubes. I decided to try the item, and could not be happier I did. I love this mascara. It does not smear, lasts forever, your eyelashes appear naturally enhanced and best of all it comes off with warm water and a cosmetic pad. No harsh or strong eye make-up removers to make sure mascara is perfrectly cleared away. I use my Caudalie water cleanser with a cosmetic pad and pull gently and the tubes come off. Not to be afraid your eyelashes do not come off with it. It may feel like that at first, but that is not the case at all. The only material coming off is the tiny mascara tube itself. Actually, leave it to the Japanese as this product is ingenious. I have never had a mascara that did not smear even a little from sweat or swimming, except for Blinc. I have decided to order the blue as well as I have been writing this review. Will advise how the colour looks with that one. As for the price, it is in the range for most good mascaras. I am still rather amazed at these tubes that cover my lashes, but however they are formed it works for me.

Best there is! - 6/26/2009 7:58:19 PM This is the mascara I wish I had been able to buy about 40 years ago! I've used several brands of mascara over the years, but this is the first one that doesn't give me black eyes. It also doesn't get into my eyes and cause irritation, even on steamy hot summer days. I love that I don't have to buy eye makeup remover, too! The best!!!

not for sensitive eyes - 6/20/2009 8:18:39 PM I really like this tube concept in mascara - and this is great mascara if you don't have sensitive eyes. Unfortunately I have sensitive eyes so it doesn't work for me. That said, this mascara stays put really well. Just be sure and read the instructions or you might freak out when you take it off!

Best Everyday Mascara - 4/30/2009 9:19:33 PM I've been using this mascara for years now and it really is an excellent product. I wear it everyday and if I want extra oomph for the evening, I use an eyelash curler. I'm going to order the primer and see if it helps add volume. It has never flaked for me. Here's a tip: If the tubes don't come off easily, try wetting your lashes and leaving for a few seconds. The tubes will swell and should slip off really easily.

5 Star Mascara - 4/24/2009 9:25:12 AM I have thin but long eye lashes. The Kiss Me Mascara is great for making lashes look plump! It is easy to remove and not damaging to the lashes. I find that I must apply slow to make sure each coat dries between applications.

Just OK - 4/23/2009 10:26:22 PM I had to try this because of the unique way it works as a mascara. But, I just don't think it works that great on my lashes. I think it was because the spirals of the brush were too far apart, and my lashes would go into the space between the spiral and get clumped together. It looked ok on, but I've had better looking results from traditional mascara types. It did stay on all day, but it's kind of hard to get them off. I soaked a wash cloth in warm, almost hot water, and held it on my eyes for a bit, to loosen the tubes. I did this several times and still had to pull them off and it felt like I was tugging and rubbing too hard on my delicate eye area. Also, I like to brush my lashes with a lash comb after I put my mascara on to break up the stuck-together lashes more. With this, I was afraid I would defeat the purpose of the tubes. Plus, it would cake up my lash comb and could be harder to get off than normal mascara. I'll give it another try, but so far, I'm not all that impressed.

Perfectly natural looking - 4/2/2009 3:43:46 PM This mascara is perfect for those appreciate natural, clean look on their eye lashes. Exactly as described: easy to apply, no clumsy raccoon eyes, no need for mascara remover--just water and gently pulling motion to remove. It won't give you a super dramatic effect but it is perfect for office environment and people who want to look natural. It really naturally enhances and brightens your eye. I don't wear makeups but I've been wearing this everyday. Just love it
