Many of our customers order the same products month after month. We’ve set up our Auto Ship program so you never have to worry about remembering to reorder, or ever running out. And, you’ll save 10% on your first purchase designated for automatic delivery, and 20% on each subsequent purchase.

Easy setup:

Although you will see “Add to Bag” buttons in many places on our site, you must go to the product detail page to set up your Auto Ship profile.

When you see this icon on a product page, it means that product can be automatically shipped. Click it to go to the setup page where you can:

1. Choose the frequency and quantity setting for each product. We’ll suggest a frequency (in the drop down window) or you can choose your own.
2. Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
3. Add item(s) to your cart. Your setup will be finalized when you complete your purchase.
4. Repeat steps for each item you wish to set up. You may have different quantities and frequencies for each item, or choose the same.

What to expect:

We’ll send you a reminder email five days before we send your shipments and bill your credit card. If you have more than one item scheduled to ship within a five-day period, you’ll receive a consolidated shipment based on the earliest scheduled shipment date.

Sign in to your SkinStore account to access your Auto Ship settings. You can make any of the following changes:

1. Change frequency and/or quantity for each item
2. Change your billing or shipping address
3. Change your credit card number
4. Remove an item from Auto Ship
5. Suspend a shipment
