It absorbs quickly and lasts for days. The nearest comparison would be Kate Somerville. Though they are more expensive and I don't like the color they give me as well as Dr. Gross' AGP.

this makes you look like you just came from Hawaii - 5/24/2011 12:51:44 PM I used this for the first time one morning; by noon people were asking me where I got my tan!! It's a pleasure to apply, so refreshing and light! it gave my face a very natural color; but I forgot to use it lightly around my eyes (frankly I didn't think it would give a lot of color) so I looked a bit like I had been wearing sunglasses on the beach. Lol! Also, make sure you blend it well downwards on your neck and chest to avoid demarcation lines. SOOO true that using this hides imperfections and minimizes (eliminates, for me) the need for foundation. I had to use a lot less concealer than usual. And can we say it makes you look more rested, and THINNER? Yep! Cons: a bit of sunless tan smell after a few hours; and the pad is really saturated so unless you want to turn really dark, don't use all of it until it gets dry. I folded it back up and put it in the paper pouch, and used the other side of it the next day.

I usually hate self tanners for their smell, streakiness, unnatural color, and the fact that they make me break out. However, this product had a much more pleasant odor, gave me a natural looking tan, and was not streaky at all. I also liked the additional benefits that it contained antioxidants and AHA's. I only wish that they made this product in a larger size so that I could use it everywhere!

Please note, it is not for sensitive skin type. I only let it on for about two hours, since it is working well and a great color shows within a short time.
