can't find any redeeming qualities - 2/24/2011 4:12:56 PM i've never used any jan marini products before but a skin store consultant recommended this line to me. i randomly selected this product as it seemed like a good starting point. i truly can't find anything good about it. it's like margarine stuck in a jar, doesn't absorb well, turns white as i try to rub it into my face and seems to have done nothing good for my skin. actually, my face has broken out like it hasn't in years. i would have returned it but just missed the 30 day cut off. i see all these good reviews, that's why i bought it, but sadly my experience was not a good one.

Awsome product! - 10/21/2010 7:06:39 AM I just went online to order my Factor A for eyes...I had a little panic attack when I couldn't find my familiar brown bottle, well the packaging has been changed. I'm safe! OMG I thought now what am I going to do???? I have used Factor A for eyes for over 10 years I am 55 and I have no dark circles or wrinkles! I just couldn't be without this product.

No difference in dark circles! - 12/21/2009 1:47:11 PM This product did nothing for my dark circles. The retinol was also a bit drying around my eyes. Would not recommend this for anyone looking for a dark circle solution. Very expensive, very disappointing.

MY ONLY MUST_HAVE - 7/16/2009 8:24:12 PM I have been using this product from JM for about 5 years and I swear by it could not live without it! My skin is oily and used to be troubled with the occassional breakout, this works great for that and also it does wonders on keeping my 34 year old skin looking great. LOVE this facial lotion. My one and only complaint is the dropper that is just a waste of time I wish they would package this with a pump.

awsome - 2/15/2009 4:51:27 AM I have this mask on right now while typing this review! Although pricy it's a must have mask! It gives you a radiant glow, cleanse out the pores and gives you a nice complexion!

Excellent product! - 12/5/2008 2:33:43 AM This mask shrinks my pores and prevents pimples without overdrying. I haven't had a pimple since using it. I'm 31 and use it at least 2X weekly for about 15-30 minutes. I would definitely recommend it!

All the hype about JM products is true! - 8/31/2008 7:12:42 AM I have oily, sensitive and acne skin that did not "behave" until I started using Jan Marini (JM) products. Over the years, I have used OTC and Dr's products like/from retin-A, clindamycin, differin, neostrata, philosophy, sensiclear, dermological, barbor,etc to try clearing up my troubled skin. None works as well for me as JM's line of products. I have their cleanser, bioclear lotion and factor A plus lotion. All are great! The factor A plus scores high for me because it is much less oilier than the Dr's prescribed retin-A cream, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. I live in Asia at the moment, and the climate is humid and hot which makes my oily skin much oiler. But JM products help to keep my skin in check. I just wished JM could consider redesigning some of their packaging and shipping out of US because I can't seem to find this line of products in where I live (that's why I usu. rate it 4.5 stars instead of 5). It's very inconvenient for me -a loyal JM user - I have to trouble friends or relatives to bring the JM products for me all the time. Having said that, JM products are so good for my skin it's worth all the trouble and money! All the hype you hear about JM is true!
