Doesn't irritate sensitive skin; skin glows - 3/14/2010 6:04:29 PM I received this as a free sample from Skinstore.com, and I really like it. I like the very high SPF, and it does not seem to irritate my sensitive skin. It works nicely under makeup. In fact, when I use this and put my mineral makeup on top of it, my face really looks smooth and seems to glow. Although it does not have that sunblock smell that some other high SPF products have, the fragrance is a little too strong for me. The only other slight con is that this product can make my face look a little shinier than another SPF face lotion I use from Skinstore.com (DDF). When I want a more matte look, I use the DDF moisturizer. But when I need extra moisture, I use the Lancaster lotion because it really moisturizes occasional dry patches very well. Great product. The free sample turned me into a future customer.

Excellent Age Fighter - 1/28/2010 1:55:52 PM I have been using this product for about a month now - I'm using the Retinology Total Age Solution day cream, the Retinology eye recovery cream and the Retinology re-energizing night cream. I purchased them in Europe. I have not been able to find the eye cream and night creme here in the USA. All 3 are fabulous - light weight, absorb quickly, not slick, slippery or oily. Skin feels moisturized. I noticed the tone of my skin is much more even - I don't have to wear foundation any more. The only additional product I use during the day is an SPF 30. That is the only negative thing I can say about the day cream - hope they come out with an SPF version. My pores appear smaller, I don't have any blemishes, my skin is clear. I've always taken good care of my skin so I can't comment on lines/wrinkles because I don't have any. I am a very fair skinned Latina, 42 years old with normal skin. In the summer I tend to get a little oilier but hopefully the day cream will not be a challenge at that time of year. I highly recommend this product. My only other wish is that they were less expensive.

" Love This Self Bronzer" - 8/13/2009 4:13:55 PM I just received this as a sample a couple of days ago. Generally I cannot stand self-tanners, as they always eventually rub off onto clothing, etc. Very few look natural and they all have that stain tendency. I applied just a tiny bit over moisturized facial skin as suggested and voila, I got the most beautiful colour within an hour or less, so natural and golden. I just am crazy about this stuff and intend to get it which I cannot believe as after trying umpteen types and brands I swore off all self-tanners/bronzers. Have fun with this stuff, you actually appear rested and and carry a great glow.

Use it or Lose it! - 5/26/2009 1:16:03 PM I received a sample of this product and could not believe how quickly and how well it worked! In just 1 week!It's been popular in Europe for years and I see why. Use this product or lose an opportunity to regain youthful, fresh and healthy looking skin. And, I am NOT impressed with most products on the market. This one however, worth it.

Excellent! - 11/24/2008 4:55:34 PM I received this first as a sample. I loved the way it made my skin look and feel so I bought some. I have been using it three weeks, religiously and already my skin looks younger and tighter. I am 43 and I actually got carded and the store manager couldn't believe it when he saw my DOB (and it wasn't a store that proofs everyone, just those looking 30 or less). I went to the dentist with my 20 year old and the hygeinist thought we were siblings. This has been a great product for my skin. I am forever hooked!

I agree 5 stars are not enough - 7/18/2008 5:27:17 AM This is product will really give you results. I have tried every brand imaginable. I am 46 years old and getting fine lines. I actually felt and saw a difference in my skin within an hour of applying it. I am a happy customer - finally.

Highly Recommend! - 6/6/2008 4:35:02 AM I recently got my first chemical peel. I have very sensitive skin and the technician didn't leave the chemical on my face very long. I got the lowest form of chemical. I was surprised when I left with a very red, sore face like a severe sunburn. I was told I could use my regular skin products that night but washing with my cleanser made my face feel like it was on fire. Not knowing what to use to calm my face, I reached for my Lancaster After Sun Balm. I applied a thin layer, which didn't irritate my flaming skin, but calmed down my sore face. I am not suggesting this would work for everyone, but for me, it is giving me the relief I needed. I won't be getting another peel again, but will always have the Lancaster Balm on hand for regular use as well as things like a sunburn. It is a bit pricey but you don't need very much. I have great results with the other Lancaster products. I use their SPF 30 lotion on my face every morning before my make-up and love it as well. Good product!

Love it!! - 5/13/2008 4:42:43 PM I have tried several sunscreen products to use under my make-up and decided to try Lancaster. This goes on light and smooth, no white residue, and makes my skin feel soft as well as protected. I use this every day on my face and neck. It's not greasy and my make-up goes on very well. I have sensitive skin and have not had any irritation. I like to be outside and this gives me the protection I need. I liked it so much I went back and purchased 2 more to have on hand. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is expensive. I have since purchased the afer sun balm which I love as well, and plan to purchase the elixar as well. Highy recommend!
