Based on others' reviews, I expected an immediate improvement to my hyperpigmentation and overall texture (my main issue is w/ age spots.). There is no noticeable change thus far. I will give it another week or two.

works as described - 1/14/2012 9:46:14 AM when used with the skin strengthening complex, this has evened out my skin tone on my face, neck, and chest more than any other products have. Melasma is 95% gone, freckles have faded, sun spots all but disappeared. It takes time...about 6 months total to really see results so patience is a must.

works wonder for blotchy skin - 12/3/2011 1:41:17 PM I find this product excellent for smoothing out the rough texture on my face caused by acne scars. After using it for 2 weeks, 2x daily, I saw noticeable result. My skin looks younger and refined. Its a definite buy.

dermatologist raves about my skin - 10/6/2011 1:14:26 PM I have already had surgery for basal cell carcinoma so have learned to take the sun protection seriously. I have used this product for about 3 years now and although I vacation in Hawaii and Arizona (on the lake!) very often I still get compliments from my dermatologist about how well I keep my face safe from the sun. To me that says my product choice is excellent. I do the best that I can and nia 24 helps me prove it!
