He also completely understands hair, how it functions, what it needs, how to bring out its very best behavior. He has developed a line of hair care products, using classic and modern ingredients based on the hair care traditions of his native Italy. Now he makes those products available to discerning buyers all over the world.

1). How did you get started in this industry?

I got started in my father’s salon in Italy when I was a child. I come from a family of hairstylists so I was very lucky to learn at such a young age. My father was also an educator so I had the proper training right from the start.

2). What is your star product or biggest breakthrough?

My Pronto Dry Shampoo (all 3 versions).

3). Who/What inspires you?

I learn from my salon & celebrity clients, they teach me every day and I am so thankful for their loyalty. They are always challenging me to stay current and on top of the latest hair trends.

4). Be honest, what beauty products do you use regularly other than your own?

I like Lancaster products for the skin. They have great products for sun protection and when I am not working I am very active outdoors.

5). Imagine the future of the beauty industry and give us your prediction of what’s to come.

I believe with all of the ratings and reviews as well as online media being so vocal, product companies are more challenged to stand behind their claims. You will see a lot more clinical testing to substantiate claims. The customer is very savvy so it helps to keep companies very honest.
