Use nightly, just before bedtime, on clean, dry lashes. Apply a very small amount of product to base of upper lashes (as if applying a liquid eyeliner). Pat gently with clean fingertip to distribute evenly along base of lashes & onto lashes themselves. Apply to brows where needed. Allow to fully dry before applying other skin care products.
