I have tried many products for my acne but I had an allergic reaction to many and others did absolutely nothing my friend told me about the Panoxyl soap but that didn't work and then one day I saw the gel and bought it and loved it but now for some reason I can't find it in anywhere so I order online I hope that this product never discontinues.

I am trying to get pregnant therefore I am limited in treatment options for my moderate adult acne. The only thing that has really made a remarkable difference in clearing my skin is my home treatments of salicylic acid facial peels (20%), which I do about every 10 days or so. I have tried many top rated spot treatments including Dermadoctor, Dennis Gross, Kate Somerville and a few others. For me, this has worked well as part of my skin care regimen (salicylic acid 2% during the day and prescription azelaic acid at night + mild washes, moisturizers, sunscreen, french green clay, gentle exfoliation product...am I missing anything?) to reduce the severity of breakouts and to help control breakouts. A thin layer to the affected areas, as specified in the instructions for use is all that is needed otherwise this product can prove overly drying. The price is right and I am on my third tube. As of right now, I would not want to be without this product!

Love this product! Used another brand for years, but this is SO much kinder to my skin. I can't find it in any drugstore here, so please keep it in stock !!:)

- Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication.
- Because too much drying of the skin may occur start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by doctor.
- If bothersome dryness of peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer.
