it works but cracked after 3 uses - 4/14/2010 1:40:44 AM this truly works! either the pimple disappears or becomes smaller just one use, especially when the pimple is about to appear... sometimes you may have to use it 2-3 times for it to be completely gone. However, i have only one complaint...while it works, the device at the tip cracked into few pieces. I had to put tape around it but it still works. But it has wasted a few shots when the light turns on by itself.

Bye Bye Benzoyl Peroxide - 3/9/2010 9:57:04 AM If hot compresses work well for you to reduce the inflammation from pimples, then this is a good product for you to try. I bought one and I am so glad that I did. Painful pimples that tend to scar are a thing of the past for me. I will give you an example. I tried it on a new one that came up a day ago. After 2 treatments my skin is clear. No amount of benzoyl peroxide has ever done that for me.

Very happy - 3/1/2010 8:47:26 PM So far I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. It has gotten rid of about 5 blemishes that tend to come back in the same areas (but so far have not, which is a first I might add!). The price is easy on the pocketbook. I also like the new look too.

directions for use for Zeno Hot Spot Pink

Step 1: Press and hold the Power Button (approx. 1 second).
A two-tone power on sound indicates the Zeno Hot Spot has been turned on. The Power Indicator light will light up to signal the device is on and the Indicator of Uses Remaining lights will alert you to the number of treatments left in your device. Immediately a five-tone ascending Treatment sound will indicate that the Zeno Hot Spot has completed all safety checks, has reached the target temperature and is ready for use.

Step 2: Place and hold on blemish.
Gently place (do not push) the Treatment Tip directly on the blemish (pushing hard does not affect treatment and may make temporary redness last longer). Every 30 seconds the single-tone treatment pacer will sound to help you track the treatment cycle. After 2 1/2 minutes, a five-tone descending treatment complete sound indicates treatment is done. For the best results, keep the Treatment Tip on the blemish for the entire cycle.

Step 3: Remove Zeno from blemish
When the treatment is complete, remove the Zeno Hot Spot from the blemish. Depending on your skin, you may notice some temporary skin redness around the treatment area. This redness is normal and should reduce over the next few hours.
