On first use, turn the base of the pen several times until the gel appears. Use alone or under make-up in the morning and evening on cleansed skin. Using the precision pen applicator, gently apply the gel to the skin around the eye. You may feel a slight tingling sensation. This is normal and is a sign that the product is working. In case of direct contact with eyes, rinse immediately.
