Stila Koi - 5/16/2011 5:47:17 AM I love every Stila purchase I've ever made and this is no exception. Litmus tests for good make-up is that it's fade proof and that I don't end up looking like a forest animal at the end of the day. That being said, this eyeliner is fabulous. I've never used this color before, but it really makes my green eyes pop and it complements the Stila eyeshadow I already have.

This product can be shipped to any country to which SkinStore currently ships.

DOT Restrictions:

This product can only be shipped to addresses in the lower 48 US States. This product has been designated as Hazardous by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). The DOT prohibits air shipment of items that are pressurized, flammable or in any other way threaten an onboard fire or other mishap.
