I use one weekly and it really maintains how healthy and manageable my hair is after I have a blow out. Cleanse with the Neil George Shampoo of your choice. Rinse and apply entire single use treatment spray bottle evenly throughout the hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse. Usage: one treatment per week for 5 weeks. Optimal time to begin 5 week system is after any hair color process. If you have made a drastic color change to your hair, this product can be used daily for 5 consecutive days.
