Very easy to use, take 2 capsules twice a day. Results speak for themselves, and gets better with frequent, consistent usage. Doesn't upset my sensitive stomach at all, either. Wonderful product, highly recommended.

Take 1-3 capsules daily, depending on grade of acne (maximum of 3 capsules per day). Do not use if pregnant or lactating without physician approval.
