As a dietary supplement, adults to take one tablet per day with or immediately after a main meal. Take with a glass of water or a cold drink Perfectil should only be taken on a full stomach. Do not chew. A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Perfectil. Perfectil may be used for as long as required, and a regular intake is recommended.
