• Apply cleanser into the palms of your hands and create a soothing lather. Now work into damp skin in upward, circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
• After cleansing, saturate cotton and sweep tonic over face and throat day / night; leave to dry.
• Then, smooth on skin insulator™ creme SPF15 in the am over face and neck, massaging in upward, outward circular motions.
• At night, smooth on the nurture me™ creme evenly over face and neck.
• Use blue black enzyme mask™ twice per week. Apply a generous layer to cleansed skin. Leave to dry for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Use new beginning scrub™ 2 – 3 times a week in place of your OLEHENRIKSEN cleanser. Apply to wet, clean skin and massage in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and continue with your regular skincare routine.
