Go-to product for a night out - 11/18/2011 7:25:06 AM I have short black hair and I'm addicted to this stuff. A tiny bit rubbed between your fingers and pulled through the hair from root to tip will give you just the right amount of frizz control, shine, and a slight hold- I have fine hair, and this will not weigh your hair down like other shine products. I have to use this if I"m going out for a night on the town, and will stash it in my purse for quick touch-ups. It's not messy or greasy. I can't say enough good things about this product. A must-buy for fine hair- probably won't give the desired result if you have really thick or curly hair as one of the below reviewers mentioned. And I love the fragrance.

doesn't control frizz very well - 12/18/2010 12:32:04 PM I have very fine, very curly hair, and was hoping that I could throw this in my purse and use it for touch-ups to fight the frizz. The balm is softer than I expected, and not transparent but white when you scoop it out. It doesn't weigh my hair down, which is good, but it also doesn't do a great job at controlling midday frizz. I guess I had imagined this would be more like my husband's hair gunk, which is great at controlling frizz but will definitely weigh down my hair if I use more than a pea-sized amount. It's not like that - you need a decent quantity to get results, and they are temporary at best. Not worth it, IMO. The packaging is nice, though.
