Applicator is a flexi-firm, beveled smudger to allow a smoky blend or precise line. Formula is truly waterproof and will not come off until you take it off. Formula is good-for-you and free of parabens, mineral oil and paraffins.

Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner Perfect Brown
For the most precise eye liner (thin and close to the lash) keep the pencil sharpened.
For a smudgy liner look the pencil works best if the point is round and not extra sharp.
To get a catwalk-smoky eye apply a slightly thick line to the upper and lower lashes. Using your flexi-firm, beveled smudger and gently begin buffing the liner back and forth until you see the results you want.
