I returned this product - 1/28/2012 11:25:38 PM One of the worst products I've ever encountered--and that's saying a lot. I don't know what type of skills are necessary to be able to competently use this device, but I don't have them. I'm just a normal girl who wanted a simplified way to remove excess facial hair. The device is larger than what you'd imagine, and consequently, it is kind of awkward to control. And control is needed on any facial product right? I was quite frustrated after several attempts, so finally gave up and returned the product to the store.

- 1/25/2012 5:37:32 AM It takes some time to get used to it, but once you start and try it, it goes by itself. I only applied on face hair (moustache) and it works really well. I prefer using the threader to waxing, because by waxing you sometimes get this darker colour on your face, let alone the tiny whiteheads the day after. You really need the chalk though in order to trace the hair. The cream "feel less" is great as well, it is a skin anesthetic - very helpful. There is an explication booklet plus a dvd in the box where some techniques are described. I tried them all, but I think the easiest technique - at least for a beginner - is the one using the threader with both hands. It was then that I knew I really like this product!!!
