Dispense a small amount of Kitten Heels and gently smooth and massage into feet and heels until lotion changes into powder. Add extra on any spots that tend to get callused or blistered such as back of heels, sides of toes or balls of feet. Make sure all spots are smoothed in and set before putting on shoes.
