After years of suffering with hyper sensitive skin & rosacea; this lotion is working quite well for me. Perpetual Moisture 24 Lotion is great year round. I switch over to the Cream form in the bitter cold of winter. This is oil free, hydrates well, doesnt trigger my rosacea like most everything else. Works beautifully with Hydra Gentle Cream Cleanser (oil free but for dry/sensitive skin) and with Ceramide Plump Perfect Makeup (also oil free but for dry/sensitive skin). These together have made a tremendous positive change in my skin.
