I have used this product for 3 years now. It is especially good during the winter. Could be a little heavy during the summer for oilier skin. It does lighten your skin though it does so gradually. You won't see an immediate difference, but it will keep you blemish free if you use it consistently.
I use it under my foundation, and my foundation smoothes on nicely.

I bought this lotion for a couple of dark spots I have on my face and I don't think I've used it long enough to see complete results, but it definitely lightened the one spot i'm trying to get rid of. It's also very hydrating and makes my skin feel really soft. I like that it has a SPF too.
