It's hard to tell. The consistency and texture are amazing (very light) and it does absorb really well but i do think there are better products out there for the price. apply a small amount of save me to clean, dry skin in the evening before bedtime. save me does not take the place of a moisturizer. if moisturizer is desired, apply after save me.
