great soothing, refreshing toner - 4/20/2011 5:17:43 AM This toner is wonderful. I haven't used the accompanying skyn iceland cleansers yet, but this is a great stand alone toner. It's refreshing, non-irritating, soothing and has a wonderful light fresh scent which isn't at all overpowering. Highly recommended.
