HYPE - 9/22/2008 10:59:45 AM This does no more than any drugstore alcohol free toner at 3/4 of the price. Are you kidding me? Plus I don't like the way it comes out in squirts. Very annoying. I'd much rather put a cotton ball on top of a toner bottle,.lot's easier. It also has no magical affect on the face,...it's just a high priced moisturizing toner.
