I Can't wear this - it smudges within an hour of my putting it on, even without water contact! By lunchtime I have raccoon eyes. I can't believe I paid $25 for it!!! Back to Blinc for me.

Apply to clean lashes any time you need waterproof mascara. Wash off with warm water and any good cleanser. No need for a special mascara remover.
