Yummy scrub! - 8/6/2011 2:59:40 PM Great scrub to use either before or after shaving. Doesn't dry out my boyfriends skin and the peppermint isn't overwhelming. I love the smell of his face after he uses this and it feels ridiculously soft!

Super exfoliant, perhaps too aggressive - 8/1/2009 12:41:21 PM The Art of Shaving's Peppermint Facial Scrub is a very good exfoliant and has a delightful strongly peppermint scent and feel that make it a very invigorating face scrub for men. Not the sort of scrub than has the smooth beads, this stuff is more like that grainy soap mechanics use to clean up. Does it work? Really well and it feels great. But this stuff is serious and you really cannot use it everyday unless you want to shed your outer-layer of skin from your face permanently. For a weekly exfoliant, though, this stuff is pretty awesome.

Cleanse face with The Art of Shaving Facial Wash. Apply Facial Scrub to face and neck, and gently massage using circular motions. Focus on the forehead, nose and chin. Rinse off with warm water. Splash with cold water to activate circulation, tone skin and close pores. Follow with the Art of Shaving Moisturizer. Use Facial Scrub twice a week, or as needed. Using a scrub immediately before or after shaving can cause skin irritations.
