This is a great toner to soften the skin. I have combination skin with a t-zone that tends to be oily or dry depending on the season. This toner provides light moisture that's just enough to please both my temperamental t-zone and my drier cheek areas. The only reason why I'm not giving this product 5 stars: it has a bit of a medicinal-herbal smell to it. I prefer my toners to be either scentless or just very lightly fragranced. However, the scent is not strong enough to bother me, and the toner is perfect in every other way.

My oily-although-not-so-oily-anymore skin loves this. After using this toner in the morning (sans the moisturizer as recommended for those with oily skin). Before I started using the toner, I would have to blot my skin throughout the day to get rid of the shine - but with this toner I don't have to. My skin looks fresh all day! I don't know if it's that I don't have to use a moisturizer with this toner or if there's something in the toner that helps keep the oil production at bay - but this product is fabulous. I'm only giving it 4 1/2 smiles because I travel quite a bit and I don't know how I'm going to handle the pump bottle - might be better suited for a dropper bottle?
