very nice toner! - 8/5/2011 9:22:51 AM I love the Bliss Fabulous line. This toner is just wonderful. I apply it after washing my face with the Bliss Fabulous cleanser on a cotton square. You only need very little. The scent is refreshing--like the scent of passion fruit. After applying I let my face air dry for about a minute then follow up with the Bliss daily lotion, which literally disappears in your skin. I've tried tons of products and I keep coming back to the Bliss skin care regimen! Great toner.

Heavy and Clogging - 11/23/2009 10:08:51 AM The product smells wonderful, as most Bliss products do, but it feels like an additional, unwanted layer on my skin. It goes on smooth, but feels heavy and sticky. After a week of use I saw an increase in breakouts and t-zone oil.

In order to 'hoist' its delivery of 'moist' to the max, dab on Daily Detoxifying Facial Toner with a cotton pad that's damp, rather than dry (the same technique spa estheticians use to apply).
