Heavy and Clogging - 11/23/2009 10:08:51 AM The product smells wonderful, as most Bliss products do, but it feels like an additional, unwanted layer on my skin. It goes on smooth, but feels heavy and sticky. After a week of use I saw an increase in breakouts and t-zone oil.

Fabulous toner! - 1/22/2008 1:34:38 PM I love this toner! It's a tad thicker than other toners, but it works great. Carries a lovely fresh scent, but nothing too strong, and just offers your facial skin a refreshed and lightly moisturized feel.

In order to 'hoist' its delivery of 'moist' to the max, dab on Daily Detoxifying Facial Toner with a cotton pad that's damp, rather than dry (the same technique spa estheticians use to apply).
