Directions For Use:
Gently brush Sub-Surface under eye treatment onto delicate eye area. Tap and roll gently with the ring finger. Dab on Sub-Surface blemish treatment directly on the breakout and allow to dry for a few seconds prior to using Surface concealer. Use Surface concealer after applying Sub-Surface for a smooth, flawless finish.
