A unique colorless pencil designed to fill in fine lines and wrinkles in the eye area. Lipo-filling agents plump the eye area restoring volume and vitamin E nourishes the eye area and protect it form free radical damage. Amino-peptide complex stimulates the production of new collagen decreasing wrinkle depth, density and volume. Also acts as a barrier to prevent eye makeup from smudging or running. Excellent as a shadow primer.

DuWop Reverse Eyeliner
Start application on the outer corner of the eye, gently sweeping under the lash line towards the nose. For best results, repeat three times. Apply gently to the eyelid, if using as an eyeshadow primer.
