I bit the bullet & I'm glad I did... - 5/30/2011 9:24:01 AM I held off buying these due to the high cost. I have thin, fine, color enhanced hair & needed something that would protect my color while at the same time giving my tired limp hair some body. I'm so pleased with the results! My hair has body that lasts for days without blow-drying. I'm not talking about a huge amount of lift but enough to make a noticeable difference. My hair looks, feels & is healthy, shiny & fuller. I found it to be worth the price & will buy again & again.

Disapointed! - 7/25/2009 11:42:16 AM I bought this shampoo based on the reviews, but I was very disapointed because it did not do what is claims! It did not give volume, shine and my hair still falls, I loved the smell though, it is very luxurious. Plus it is too expensive, I would not recomended it or buy it again.

Made my hair too wavy - 6/9/2009 5:58:10 PM If you are looking for volume and wave, this is a shampoo / conditioner for you. Personally, I didn't like either shampoo or conditioner and brought it to work and left both in the break room with a "free" sign. Needless to say the product was gone :-) It was too expensive to dump, so I hope someone else is happy with it.

Apply a small amount of Alterna Caviar Shampoo, lather, rinse and repeat if necessary. Follow with Alterna Caviar. Apply to damp hair. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse.
