1. Wet stick and pre-moisten face with water.
2. Gently press stick on skin and move in a light circular motion for one to two minutes. Greater or lesser exfoliation could be achieved by simply increasing or reducing pressure.
3. Use edge for hard to reach areas like nose and upper lip.
4. Rinse the treated area with water and pat dry.
5. Rinse stick and close cap after use.

Note: Use once a week to start and increase treatment frequency as needed, but not more than three times a week. Do not use on very sensitive, broken or abraded skin or if you have Rosacea or Pustular Acne. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs. If irritation or rash persists, contact a doctor.
