Directions For Use:

Purifying Bath Crystals:
Fill the tub with warm water and add a generous handful of crystals. Soak for 15 minutes or more, as desired.

Antioxidant Enzyme Buff:
Apply to wet skin in a circular motion, massaging upward or in the direction of the heart (encourages micro circulation and lymphatic drainage). Rinse thoroughly. For use in the bath or shower.
