Directions For Use:
Body: Massage gently over the entire body. Concentrate on dry areas including elbows, knees and ankles.
Hair: Gently massage a small amount of oil on to the hair and scalp and cover with a warm towel, leave on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and rinse.
