Believe me, I have tried them ALL: Clearisil, Stridex, Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, ProActiv etc...This is the BEST product I've tried to control oil and treat blemishes. They are gone in a few days with this gel. (For me, that is a huge improvement because my blemishes NEVER seem to heal). I use it at night after the Glycare Cleansing Gel. But don't use too much or your skin will have white flakes or excessive dryness. Also, avoid the sun or use a good sunscreen when using this! I definitely recommend this and I'm tough to please!

I am so glad I found this site and can go back to MD Forte products. This gel is great - I spot treat my adult acne at night when I break out and it dries those suckers up in 1-2 days! It's amazing!

I'm 35 and have struggled since my early 30's with hormonal acne. Sometimes my breakouts get so bad, I won't leave the house. I started using MD Forte products and Retinol and my skin is now clear as a bell.Even those pesky monthly breakouts rarely happen. I like the perfection gel because it's helped make old acne discolorations virtually disappear. Within 3 days I noticed a dramatic improvement and within 2 weeks, my spots were completely gone. I use this at night along with my Retinol. It may feel tight at first but then it softens up. the only complaint I have is that I cannot use this under makeup because my makeup flakes off. So I only use it for spot treatment.

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a physician. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
