Pearl Ice Customer ReviewsA must have in my home... - 7/7/2009 9:13:44 PM This eye mask works wonders for puffy eyes, for headaches and sinus issues. It stays cold for a good amount of time. It also molds easily to facial contours. (I, however, don't like the bands and so don't fasten the mask around my head. It works fine without the straps being fastened as the weight of the little beads keep it put.)Not Good - 1/8/2009 3:20:50 AM A good mask that you are going to benefit from should lye flat and conform to the eye area this does not. Too many pearl beads in mask to allow this. Shame.

After you use a cooling mask from Pearl Ice, you'll wonder how you ever lived without one. The enclosed chilled pearls mold to your eyelids so the mask's weight is distributed evenly over your periorbital area. The mask won't freeze or stiffen because Pearl Ice utilizes a FDA-approved, allergen-free soft plastic.
For cooling comfort, store the Pearl Ice mask in your freezer before applying to your face. This cold compress may be particularly effective if you're looking to alleviate puffiness and dark circles associated with lack of sleep. Perhaps you've been staring at the computer for too long and are suffering from eye strain. The Pearl Ice mask may relax your muscles. Seasonal allergies can cause eyes to be itchy, and 10 - 15 minutes with the Pearl Ice mask may relieve the discomfort. Or maybe you are hoping to reduce the swelling and bruising associated with an injury or surgery. Regular applications of a Pearl Ice mask may help speed your recovery time.
For a warm application, immerse the Pearl Ice mask in hot water for five minutes. The water should not be boiling. If you have nasal congestion from a cold or the flu, reach for a warm Pearl Ice mask. This may relieve the sinus pressure you're experiencing. Are you plagued by tension headaches? Lie back and apply a warm Pearl Ice mask for 10 - 15 minutes. Your stress may melt away. And for an anti-aging boost, some beauty experts recommend a daily warm compress to stimulate circulation.
