Not impressed... - 2/28/2010 11:49:41 AM I love PTR products but this lip balm was just a waste. There are SO many other lip products that do a WAY better job of really hydrating the lips. This was goopy and thick.

- 2/24/2010 8:02:22 AM I like this product very much for daytime use. I spoke with a Peter Thomas Roth regional sales manager in Chicago when the product first came out. She stressed that one must use it as a serum -- put it on first after cleansing your face. Viz-1000 is light, silky, and goes on easily. Let it dry completely. Yes! Your face will feel tight and dry in places. Then you MUST use your favorite moisturizer. The 75% hyaluronic acid complex absorbs moisture in an amazingly wonderful way and keeps your face hydrated. I am 52 with sensitive, aging, combination skin. It works well for me.

LOVE IT! - 2/16/2010 9:05:00 AM Well after much time trying out dozens of PTR products I have found my winners. This cream included. It's great. It works VERY well. There is also a lighter version of this cream but I wasn't a fan of that one. If you're looking for something light-weight you may not like this. Some people may also find it a tad greasy at first before it fully absorbs. I always wait at least 20 minutes before applying any makeup. I have rather sensitive skin and it gets dry easily. I have found this cream to work wonderfully. In case anyone is interested, my new regimen is as follows: PTR Foaming Cleanser, PTR Conditioning Tonic (once or twice a week), PTR Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular Eye cream, VIZ 100 (in the AM - still not sure if I love this), SkinSceuticals retinol .5 (only on my forehead in the PM), and finally PTR Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular Creme. I use this cream in the morning and at night. It is not a light-weight cream but I still put extra on at night and it is just wonderful. I wake up with moist, silky skin. I also use the PTR UnWrinkle peel pads maybe once or twice a week at nighttime after cleansing. Also great is the PTR Mega-Rich Anti-Aging Cellular Moisture Masque. This has been great when I get some dry spots. You leave it on for 10 minutes then tissue off and rinse a bit. I really like this a lot because it helps my face stay extra moist in the harsh winter.

I've changed my mind.... - 2/16/2010 8:54:08 AM I reviewed this a while ago and thought it was wonderful. I have since changed my mind. I find this cream to be greasy and to promote breakouts. I have also learned that if I'm going to use a retinol product like SkinCeuticals, then I don't need a retinol cream in addition. I just didn't like how this cream worked. I don't believe it's anywhere close to the rave reviews it gets. I like the Mega-Rich Cellular cream WAY better. It has taken me a while and I have tried dozens of PTR's products. I think I've finally figured out what works for me. Eh.... - 2/16/2010 8:33:16 AM Well I'm about done with my first bottle of this but to be honest I'm not sure if it really does anything. I still experience dryness from time to time so I'm not sure this is doing it's job very well.....

Super rich! - 2/12/2010 6:46:51 AM I've been using this cream for almost a year and have super results with overall texture, less breakouts, smoothing of wrinkles (mine are brow and forehead, crows feet)and super rich-lasting moisture. This is the only cream I've found to truly soften and hydrate without needing to be reapplied soon after. Love it!

Don't waist your time or $ to ship it back... - 2/12/2010 6:32:28 AM This product was a big Hopeful for me. I have severely dry skin and really wanted this to be the best thing ever, as I love PTR's other products. However, the gel is sticky, doesn't soak in and even seems to pull my skin tight so it looks like I have more dry lines around nose and cheeks than before. Also, this product made my entire face beet read for hours. I did not find it hydrating, just disappointing.

Pleasant, Gentle Exfoliation - 2/10/2010 1:30:24 AM I tried this peel 3 years ago after another company radically changed the 'pumpkin mask' I had been using. Wow, this was much better than the other! It is a very light formulation, with small, gentle particles. The directions say to leave on for 1 to 5 minutes but I can leave it on longer if needed. It is not harsh, nor sticky, and leaves my skin very smooth and clean feeling.I have used pureed pumpkin for the natural exfoliating benefits, and this seems just as gentle.It does not make me break out, or dry my skin,which is quite moody and can be over-sensitive.The smell is wonderful (my cats try to lick my face when I'm wearing it) and the jar lasts a long time, as a little goes a long way, which is nice because it is a bit pricey. I wouldn't want to be without this peel; it's very nice overall!

Make skin smooth - 2/9/2010 7:00:14 PM I used this powder for touch up because i have combination skin. It gives a mat finish and make my skin look smooth and soft. I tried other PTR product and always been satisfied with it.

The best foundation ever! - 2/7/2010 10:49:49 PM I have used every foundation out there! I am older so I am concerned about foundations that are too thick or sink into lines. I also need coverage to hide age spots and is oil free. This fits the bill! (My other favorites were Laura Mericer, Lancome and Chanel, but I truly think this is better). The only negitive is the color choices. It does run on the lighter side. The tan is a med. Beige, and while its not as expensive as Chanel, it is still pricey.
