Lovely moisturizer - 2/6/2010 6:14:48 AM I never had any interest in Philosophy with its cute names and cute sayings. I received a sample of Hope in a Jar and was pleasantly shocked. I am using HIAJ for sensitive skin and my skin looks pretty good. I get a lot of compliments. I think a lot of that is due to HIAJ sensitive. I use so many creams and serums I really can't tell. But I will definitely buy this cream again.

I like this HOPE best - 11/16/2009 4:04:39 PM I have read some negative reviews about this one.I have tried the original & the hope in a bottle.I like hope with spf the best.I have sensitive but oily skin and this hydrates without giving me the shine I usually get with other moisturizers.Also,I have to be careful that I don't use products that irritate my skin or my face turns bright red.I have not had any problems with this.I like the spf and it's a great base under mineral makeup.

Worked for a little while. - 9/29/2009 6:12:45 AM This stuff worked well for the first two weeks, but then lost any effect it had on my skin. My skin is back to the way it was before I was using this product. It also did not reduce the oil on my skin at all.

Too greasy for daytime use - 9/20/2009 8:56:36 AM Philosphy products generally give you a pretty good bang for your buck, but I would avoid this moisturized unless you are prepared to put other products over it to conceal the shine. Even when I put this on well in advance of my makeup, it never really appears to "dry" or absord completely. Not good for daytime use.

The best for sensitive skin and dry skin - 9/18/2009 8:32:26 PM I am 30 years old with very sensitive dry skin.I have tried and spent lots of money trying to find the perfect moisterizer,and I found it.I wished it came in a big supersize jar and with spf it would be perfect, my mom also loves it. I use to always have dry patches with other moisterizers not with this one, I love it.

Best Value for a Great Product - 8/18/2009 8:54:05 PM I disagree with a previous poster. It does not go bad if you remove some to a smaller container and leave the foil seal to replace. This my go to moisturizer. I have sensitive skin and it works well for me.

Good, but don't go near the eyes - 8/5/2009 1:33:45 AM I have only been using this product for a week, so haven't seen any obvious results. I use it at night and my skin does feel nice in the morning, not greasy like some night creams. What I don't like is the strong smell, which smells like aromatherapy products. It stings if I get it too close to my eyes, and if I rub it onto my lips I end up with a bad taste in my mouth. I do like how I don't need to use too much of the product, and my skin does look and feel good.

hope in a jar - 7/17/2009 3:28:55 PM i love this product, i've notice my face looking smoother and my skin texture is nicer now than before use. the smell does not bother me at all i have started the jump start kit and and also like the vitamin c powder for am use with hope in the jar cream i would recommended for those who has sensitive skin, it is very soothing
