Look somewhere else - 4/17/2012 12:36:46 PM I bought one of this for me and my sister. It didn't work for neither of us. I was encouraged by the good reviews to purchase the device but after using it countless times (in the hope that it would work eventually), I realized it was a real waste of money. I used it for two whole weeks; applying it on the same blemish twice a day, sometimes three times even on the same spot. But nothing. No improvement or difference at all. The blemish or pimple would just get redder for a few minutes then go back to it's old state. Also, I had to keep my hand still the whole time I was holding the device and placing the head tip on the blemish. I kept missing the blemishes when my hand moved a little. Don't buy it. Try tea tree oil instead. I've found that to give better results; diminishing pimples in size in a couple of hours.

I tried it with the serum that comes with it as well as one of my own products. After a couple months, I put it in the closet tonight. If I notice a difference without it, I will get it out again and update.

Good Product - 1/28/2011 2:29:31 PM I've used this for a few months now and I think its an effective product. I find that the heat helps to open up the pores and helps acne products sink in. The circulation also gets rid of dead skin cells. The only problem I have with it is that the power button seems to be defective. Its difficult to turn it on and off when I want to. It also keeps turning off while I'm using it. I'm hoping the manufacturer will fix this in future models.

Horrible device - 1/22/2011 12:37:44 PM I saw an advetisement for this product and thought it was worth the chance to buy it. The product worked really well for two days but then the device started turning on and off by itself. I couldn't even turn off the device by pressing the button. It continuted to pulsate instead of turning off. I have tried taking the batteries out and putting in new batteries and nothing has worked! I was pleased with the results the first two days but this product is not worth buying again if someone can't guarantee me that it will definitely work. I've read too many negative reviews to give it a chance again. I will be contacting the company for a refund, regardless of the fact that i'm not sure where the original packaging is.

do not waste your money - 10/19/2010 2:57:30 PM cheap,cheap,cheap, batteries were DOA, on/off switch is impossible to figure out and it does nothing for your acne, the classic zeno works soooo much better, please try to improve on that

Remarkable product! - 7/21/2010 5:08:32 PM Where was this product when I was a teenager with a blemish problem!? Even as an adult I get the old blemishes from time to time and I like taking Zeno with me everywhere. Whoever created this is nothing short of a genius! You grow up with a slew of remedies from friends and family and most don't work, too expensive or makes a mess. Zeno takes away those bothersome blemishes and I love looking at my face in the morning. Thank you!

it works but cracked after 3 uses - 4/14/2010 1:40:44 AM this truly works! either the pimple disappears or becomes smaller just one use, especially when the pimple is about to appear... sometimes you may have to use it 2-3 times for it to be completely gone. However, i have only one complaint...while it works, the device at the tip cracked into few pieces. I had to put tape around it but it still works. But it has wasted a few shots when the light turns on by itself.
