5I'm using retinol creams from almost 10 years. I have to say that I have tried different ones but according to mine experience SkinMedica retinols are the best. I started with .25, then .5 and from some years on 1%. The results are just perfect, soft skin, big improvements of fine lines. Of course, pls use SPF 50+ during the day.

4When I hit my 40s, my skin went crazy from all the hormonal changes. Before 40, I had the occasional zit on my chin, and had small pores on my nose and chin. In my 40s, I started to get acne on my hairline, jawline, chin, and nose & my pores seemed larger than before. So, I was in desperate need of a solution. As expected, I've only been using this product for about a month, so I can't see dramatic results as far as fine lines and wrinkles. However, I see it helping in the long run. I love the consistency and texture of this product. I use 1 big pump and apply it in sections (forehead, cheeks, chin). It goes on easily and absorbs easily into skin. Last month, I began using Skinceuticals LHA cleanser, toner, and salycic acid blemish treatment. I incorporated this in my nighttime regimen. These products combined have significantly cleared up my skin. I actually don't have any acne right now. Overall, great product!

1Based on so many positive reviews, I purchased SkinMedica Retinol Complex. As directed, I used one pump on clean skin the night I received the product. I am writing this review four days after the initial one-pump application and my face is still bright red, very warm to the touch, swollen, bumpy and itchy. I do have fair, sensitive skin, but could not have anticipated such an extreme allergic reaction. I've thrown the product away and will steer clear of all Retinol products forever. So for those of you that can use the product - great! However, if you have sensitive, fair, freckled skin - be cautious before purchasing.

5I've been using SkinMedica Retinol Complex 1.0 for over a year now, and I have seen a remarkable difference in my face. It did cause my face to peel in the beginning, but my skin has since adjusted. I use it every other night, and my pores are smaller, and my skin is a LOT clearer. I would highly recommend. If you have sensitive skin, it might be best to start off on the lower strength. It's definitely worth a try!

5I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and I love it! I will say it is a strong formula, my skin still has some getting used to it so I’d start out twice a week before putting it on every day. I have been applying Pimecrolimus cream when it irritates my skin and that has helped a lot!

5Have used basically every product on the market and swear by prescriptive skincare for results. Compared to their competitors, this is by far the fastest result. Moved over to this brand. I am 58 with really good strong skin and the glow and plump of my face is extraordinary.

5I was told to try this product from an esticiation and I am so happy I’d did this is such a great product. The only thing I would say is to use the one pump as directed for this is a very strong product but after a couple of weeks my skin begs in to tolerate it and now my skin is looking great, I am 54 years old and have been using NI 24 for years but have now decided that I am going to gradually switch over to this line .
