Good... but pump is tricky.
3I really liked the product itself - felt a difference in my skin pretty quickly, but... The pump does not eject the serum from both sides with each use. One side ran out faster than the other and I felt a bit ripped off. For something so expensive-- it should have more functional packaging. ;-( I was going to send it back but too busy to deal with it. The dual pump just seems like a gimmick. Too bad because, I liked the serum until one side ran out. Better to just order regular TNS. Its the same without the bad pump.

3The product was delivered fast and in good conditions. For that price I didn't expected so hard to use package. The first time I didn't get any serum. I saw different videos explaining trick to use the pomp. The serum didn't impress me. I love Skinmedica retinol, I'm using it from 6 years.

5On week three and I already see results! Very very worth it to me. I have never had good skin until now, I can really see an improvement it lines and texture. I only use it once a day even though it says two times daily so I can make it last. Will always keep this in my routine.
