1. Wash and dry your feet.
2. Remove masks from pouch and cut down center of sheets on dotted line. STEP 3: Put your feet in the masks, then tighten with the sticker link strap.
3. Leave on feet for 15~20 minutes. Remove the masks and massage remaining essence into feet.
