Good Stuff - 8/28/2009 5:19:26 AM I find this works great for me. About the only issue I have is that it reddens my face a bit and I appear a bit flushed the next morning. As a result I just use it a few times a week and still get great results.

Useless! - 7/24/2009 10:33:22 AM This stuff has a strange texture I can't even describe. It is very difficult to apply. It burned my skin and then I broke out. I put it on my hands now and it doesn't t do anything. I don't understand why every other C serum is OK to apply in the AM, but this is only supposed to be applied in the PM.

I use this as a base for my powder foundation - 5/15/2009 4:59:48 PM I purchase this because I needed a sunscreen suitable for indoors since I am indoors a lot and provided moisture since I work in a building where the air conditioner is on full blast and dries out my skin. It took me a while to get a hang of it because if you put too much, it will make your face sticky and shiny. Since I am using a BP to treat my acne, my skin is a lot drier than usual. On my dark skin, this sunscreen shows up as orange. But when it finally sinks in my skin, I dust some powder foundation to set it and take away the orange tint to it. It doesn't aggravate my acne, which is a good thing but if you have oily skin, I would pass on it since it will slide off your face in due time. My skin is oily but I am using BP so my skin doesn't produce much oil like it used to. This sunscreen does stain but relatively easy to remove.

Works well - 5/6/2009 1:45:51 PM I have normal/combo skin most of the time that has a tendancy to be on the oiler side during the humid summer months, so I usually opt for a lighter, oil-free moisturizer in the summer. I was looking for a night-time moisturizer & recently fell into the Hydra-Pure line having tried the Firming Antioxidant Serum, so I thought I'd give this moisturizer a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I applied the lotion at how light it felt & quickly it absorbed. Softened my skin instantly w/o any greasy feeling whatsoever. Another pleasant surprise was the light fragrance. I can't describe it but this lotion has the most refreshing fragrance - I just take a deep breath when applying it's that nice! I wake up w/ soft skin but again, not oily. Cannot attest to any anti-aging abilities but I look to my serums for that - I just wanted a basic, smoothing, light moisturizer that doesn't break me out & this gets the job done. It is not so light however, that you can't even tell that you've used anything two seconds later. I've experienced that with other products, but with this Hydra-Pure moisturizer my skin truly feels hydrated. I use a different moisturizer for daytime, but I can see where this one would be very conducive for those that wear foundation since it absorbs very well. I love that this comes in a pump but one drawback, specifically in the Hydra-Pure line, is that the pump bottles are opaque so you cannot tell how much is left. You literally have to guess since they "weigh" the bottle down to make it feel consistently heavier no matter how much product remains. That's annoying, but since Skinstore's shipping is SO fast I know that I can re-order when I run out & have it at my doorstep the next day! As to the price - that's such a relative topic. If you're used to spending $20 for a bottle of moisturizer than this one would be very costly, but if you're used to a brand like La Mer that can set you back $130 for an ounce than this is a bargain! It's all relative, I suppose. I would definitely recommend this to you oily gals (& guys) out there & am looking forward to trying the more moisturizing cream from this line come winter time!

Really REALLY like - convert! - 4/21/2009 3:39:52 PM I used another tinted moisturizer for YEARS, and just started using MD Skincare and decided to try this. LOVE it! This tinted moisturizer does not melt off, it wears really well and true throughout my 12 hour shifts. It smooths, moisturizes, minimizes imperfections, and covers well, too. I do set it with a powder, but it lasts and looks good all day.

Works for 27 y/o with moderate acne - 4/21/2009 3:26:45 PM I'm 27, with all over, face neck, blackheads, acne with some deep bumps. This product has helped to "bring out" the deep acne, decrease redness and slowly resurface my skin. I've noticed less "bumps" already in just a week. I have oily skin, and have noticed less oil since using this, too. I'm going to keep using it.

Sunscreen on the run! - 3/24/2009 10:06:57 AM My husband has skin that burns after even 10 minutes and he's always sitting outdoors on bleachers, watching my daughters' lacrosse games. He hates regular sunscreens because they sting his eyes, but now that we have discovered the md skincare packets, he can protect his face effectively. I have noticed that after applying the packet each morning, my face glows and I never have an adverse reaction to this product. As for my husband, he slowly tans now, and never suffers a red and painful face. I take bunches of the towelettes to sports tournaments and the beach...they're so easy!

Unbelievable results! - 3/20/2009 7:11:44 AM I've used other products that cost much more in the past (OTC and prescription). I am African America and suffer from hyper pigmentation. A friend told me to try this product and I started to see results within 1 week. I've even tried it on my elbows and knees. It did not make my skin as sensitive to the sunlight, which is an added bonus. This product worked so well I had to tell my dermatologist.

Great Product!! - 3/3/2009 9:53:45 AM I love this face peel system! The individual packaging keeps the towelettes moist whereas other brands that are all lumped together in one bottle tend to be half way dry. The individual packaging also makes it convenient for travel. My face feels so wonderful after using this product! My skin is silky, smooth and radiant. Best of all it keeps my face acne free. I know this product is a little pricey but I think it is well worth it.

Perfect - 2/15/2009 3:53:40 PM I have always suffered with mild-moderate acne but it ruins my day. In my forties I still had those break outs and started facials that sort of helped. My chin and nose still had breakouts and got worse the older I got (48). I started using this product and in 2 weeks my skin was perfect! All those bumps and even the pigmented spots are going away. Now I don't need to spend all the money on facials. The MD spot treatment with this also is perfect. Well worth the money. My husband noticed also!! Love the product.
