- 3/4/2012 11:43:21 AM I'm a licensed Aesthetician and Microcurrent Practioner and the new Trinity tool is excellent. I purchased it for my personal use but now we are going to bring it into the spa to incorporate into some of our facials. The new design is so easy to handle and I love the cradle that it sits in, keeping it charged in between uses. Seriously consider this if you're looking for a true anti-aging device.
ShopIngredients California Pros: easy to use, tones the face, timer, easy to travel with, no battery, charger cradle, works with aloe vera Cons: expensive, requires daily commitment, subtle affect, is not a face lift, active gel expensive, trial period too short

WORKS IF YOU MAKE THE DAILY COMMITMENT - 2/24/2012 8:37:08 AM I've used the Trinity for 10 weeks. I made the commitment to using it daily for the first six weeks, and now use it at least 3x a week or more. I see a subtle change and do believe it is toning my facial muscles. Trinity has not lifted my face and I don't expect it ever will. The device sits on a cradle and recharges, electrical outlet required. No batteries. The head is removable for easy cleaning. There is a timer beep that helps to regulate the movement while using. A gel absolutely must be used or you will feel the current. With the gel, it is very comfortable to use and feels fine. The current works and you realize that if you run out of gel, but you won't like the feel of the current without the gel. The conductivity gel is expensive and needs to be reapplied frequently. I use epicuren aloe vera gel, which is less costly and does not need to be reapplied during my treatments. The aloe vera gel is not irritating and is good for my sensitive skin. Sometimes I put hyaluronic acid or skinsceuticals b5 gel on before the aloe vera gel. I believe the device helps penetration. This is an expensive device and should only be purchased if you are willing to make the daily commitment and do not expect radical face lift change. The change is subtle. After 10 weeks I feel my face is more tone, but nothing dramatic visually. I like this device and will continue to use it 3x or more per week. It takes about 10-15 minutes a day. Watch tv while you do it. It is unfortunate that they do not offer a 60-90 day trial period before you return - I think it takes at least that long to realize what it is doing.
394ever Pros: gentle, smooth texture, wears well under makeup

Great Trio - 2/16/2012 9:00:34 PM I can't say how these products work on their own but together, they are a power house. If you use as recommended, the serums go from light weight to very hydrating with the C. There is a slight tingling, but it is the only glycolic product my skin can tolerate. My skin is hydrated all day and has a dewy finish. Already see some lightening and pours tightening. Great for winter months. I need to save my pennies so I can buy full size of all three!

Great Product! - 2/7/2012 3:41:30 PM I have been using NuFace device for almost a month now. So far I am happy with it. I see my face toned and lifted a little bit. Hopefully with continuous use it will change my face to more youthful look.

Still too soon to tell - 2/20/2011 6:41:58 PM Purchased this several weeks ago so the jury is still out on whether or not I will have results from it. I do notice a slight change in less sagging.
OOOO NY Cons: no improvement

No improvement in skin tone - 2/1/2011 7:23:43 AM Bottom line is I saw no improvement after using diligently for 3 weeks. I had a successful electrical current professional facial so I thought I would give the NUFace a try. I also did not like that the device did not have a charger but a 9 volt battery that should be replaced every month. Also felt the process and overly time consuming when doing the advance technique.
BeautyGuru Pros: works well Cons: the "wands" could be thinner and longer

Fabulous device! - 12/11/2010 8:08:04 PM I had the chance to receive a professional microcurrent treatment at a spa recently and loved it. Immediately, I hopped online to see if I could purchase a microcurrent device for at-home use and found NuFace. I am pleased with my purchase. Of course, it is not the same as a professional treatment one would receive in a salon/spa. However, as at-home devices go, I am not disappointed. (I have found that at-home devices do not give the same results as a professional one. I have the NuBrilliance microdermabrasion device and this does not give the same results as a professional microdermabrasion treatment.) On to the review. The conductor gel is about the same consistency as the gel used in ultrasounds. It's not unpleasant on the skin but I don't like it. The spray you use afterwards is nice but has a bit of a heavy scent - although that subsides after a while. I started off turning up the dial to 3 for my first use. For the 3rd use, I turned it up to 4. I haven't turned it up to 5 yet. If you run the device over skin that doesn't have enough conductor gel on it (or any at all), you will feel a slight "ping" of the microcurrent. It is not unpleasant and does not hurt at all. But I like to make sure I have enough (but not too much!) conductor gel covering my skin. I followed the directions from the enclosed DVD. So far, I think this device has really helped give more definition to my cheekbones. It has raised my brows a *teeny* bit. The only "con" I would say is that I wish the wands were thinner and longer. (The ones used in a professional treatment are long and thin.)
