Great to use anytime - 7/12/2011 10:42:38 AM This is a great sunblock. It is spf30, but it also blocks out the sun's rays because it is a powder. I use this all year, because the color looks beautiful on the skin. Does not rub off. In the winter, I mix this with the light color to lighten the shade. You can use a brush, or a puff.
