Effective Bloat Fighter - 3/30/2012 5:01:41 AM I grabbed this by mistake, thinking it the the Supple Skin Oil. I'm so glad I did. The labeling is a bit vague. I researched and found out this oil combats water retention (I guess that's the the Anti-Water portion). After using it for several weeks, I unexpectedly shed a few pounds (which was weird for me). In addition, it helps aid digestion.When I stopped using it, I went back to my normal weight. I think it's a bit expensive for a total body oil, so I use it on my abdomen and thighs. Excellent product!

Apply daily, preferably in the evening. Massage from the ankles up to the stomach, hand held flat, as if smoothing the skin. Repeat in the same way from the wrists to the tops of the arms. Finish with circular movements over the stomach area.
